  • Executives were having trouble connecting with the ground employees which led to bottlenecks in business process. They needed a solution to solve this coordination.

  • We Implemented Spectrum ERP Mobile Apps for Android & iOS; after studying their problem in depth,
  • Our ERP Mobile App provided Employee Self Service (ESS) features with the mobile app to provide Employee profile & other HR related information like salary, attendance, leave etc. We also incorporated an employee directory to be able to contact right person at right time.
  • Our ERP Mobile App provided status update feature against Project Plan defined in ERP.
    E.g. Procurement team can raise material request, check item availability, procurement status. Production team can provide live production status updates and so on.
  • Our ERP Mobile App provided Task Management solution based on RACI principle. We help assign task, review progress, check bottleneck.
