Purchase Order(PMPO) not showing in Purchase Order amendment(PMPA)

Amendment of any Purchase Order is not possible in following cases-

1. Purchase Order is not authorized.
2. Purchase Order Status has been completed / short closed / Hold / Cancelled
3. Previous Amendment against this Purchase order may not be authorized
